I have used Whaley for the last 3 1/2 years and have found them to be very fair and, even more importantly, very honest. I had Action A/C contact me shortly after moving here and they claimed to have a maintenance agreement with the previous owner and that there was still another free maintenance visit due. They told me a bunch of lies, charged me $250 for the visit and said I needed a total new unit inside and out, but that if I signed right away, they would knock off $1000 and only charge me $8000.

I called for an estimate for a new A/C Friday Sept. 20. Josh came out about three hours later, gave me an estimate, a price was agreed upon. An install was scheduled for the next day. Andrew and crew arrived around 10 am Saturday Sept. 21 and installed the new unit. Everything was completed very professionally. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend this company.
