    So happy that I joined SPENGA. I LOVE to work out but suffer from some limitations with my back. Their blend of cardio, strength and yoga is the perfect mix. I love that you can modify the work outs and the attentive staff gives options. The energy is off the charts. I have also met some great people. Facility is always clean and the music is always motivating!! Thanks to the entire crew for all that you do to make my workouts so awesome!

    SPENGA has easily become my favorite part of my routine! High energy, encouraging instructors take you through your workouts in a fun and safe way for your body at whatever stage of life you are in. I personally was used to slower pace of working out, after just one month at SPENGA my body composition had improved and my energy consistent throughout the day.
