I had an injury on my shoulder, very painful recovery. Audra and Joe was amazing in helping me to exercise it so I wouldn’t have a frozen shoulder. I’m also a bartender and developed a tennis elbow, after few fascia treatments from Audra she totally cured it. Both are very knowledgeable about everything and anything has to do with body. Clean and friendly gym, highly recommended!

I had been a client for three+ years with excellent results; plus a fun place to be. But, this year I had to stop due to some issues. Then, after six months being away (from Mike Edwards, the owner), I contacted him with a problem that I was having with my right leg; so bad, that I had to use a cane half the time. With just a 30 minute session, Mike diagnosed my problem, demonstrated the exercises that would help me, and four hours later I am walking with no cane. Fabulous place! The facility has a wide variety of equipment and the owner, Mike Edwards, is an excellent trainer. And if Mike is not available, there are other trainers.
