I have always gone to the Hand and Stone at Mercato since they originally opened ( About 12 years ago )Today I decided to switch it up and try out the Davis Blvd location as my last few appointments at Mercato were a little disappointing.I usually don’t write reviews ( bad or good ) but felt the need to let everyone know to my surprise that I had the best experience this evening for my facial with a wonderful young lady named Makayla At first I thought “ here we go again…. another young lady who will not know how to do a good job “. Kimberly was AMAZING!!! I have been a member of Hand and Stone for almost a decade. I recently went to this location and Kimberly is hands down the best massage therapist I have had. I can't wait to book with her again! While I am a member at the Mercato location, I prefer this location. Much more convenient for parking and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I had a massage with Mary and a facial with Susan. Mary was so professional and made me feel at ease. Her pressure was perfect and she checked on my comfort throughout the treatment. Susan was so knowledgeable and my skin felt great after. Both therapists gave me the best spa day experience. I will be back!
