First of all, they need to change the business name: “Same-day cleaners” because they do not stand by that name, fals advertising. they will charge extra fee if you want it next day or two.
Also one of the young girl that works at the front Desk is rude ,not very helpful:if you ask a question,she answers with an attitude,
Not very professional.
I brought in 2 short dresses to be cleaned, 1 of which is linen. Note: I have experience in this business.
The Good: my dresses look fantastic, including near-perfect pressing (not always a guarantee).
The Bad: I was charged $42 for 2 dresses, $18/dress plus an upcharge for linen. This is just too much to pay for my “regular” dry cleaning pieces, though I could see myself returning for the outstanding press job if I needed one.
