I recommend Roofsmart for all of your roofing needs.Frank Konners came out and gave us a very competitive bid and we accepted it. Within three weeks they did the flat roof on my carport and all of my soffits and also manufactured new gutters. The result is absolutely fabulous. The crew was very friendly ,professional and competent . They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. They also showed up early and completed the work in a timely manner. The front office communicated with us several times throughout the entire process and kept us up to date. Frank Konners made sure we understood the process and all the paperwork and followed up regularly to make us very comfortable with all that needed to be done. I have had a great experience working with roof smart. I had a metal roof done by them in 2013 and have never had issues with leaking or any major problems. Yesterday I noticed a few of the screws looked like they were coming out a bit so I called them to come out and look at it. In less than 24 hours from when I called, Frank Konners came and went on my roof and tightened up about 20 screws for me at no charge. He said they like to take care of their past customers, which I really appreciate. I am very glad that I chose them to do my roof and will definitely be calling them in the future when it’s time to have a new roof done again.
Frank Konners was my salesman , he did a great job on bid . Workers were prompt and did great job on roof and soffits. Would recommend if you need a new roof.
