First, I want to say that I never write negative reviews. In this case, I don't feel I have a choice. I'm giving 1 star because they were easy to communicate with (on the front end) and my roof is clean. In our earlier communications (via text), I very specifically asked about damage to plants because we had recently had our landscaping upgraded. I was told that it's not usually a problem, but if it was they'd take care of replacing whatever needed to be replaced.The roof was being cleaned when I came home one day and it smelled of pure bleach, which concerned me.
