    You can never get through to grooming over the phone. Walk in appointments don't exist to them. The online booking is pointless unless you want to book weeks out. Step up the customer service at this location

    Ordered eight aquariums online. When I arrived to pick them up, the sales associate dumped them on the ground breaking one. Mistakes happen. No big deal. However, the store was out of stock, but instead of having a replacement delivered to my home, I was forced to take a refund which means I must order from another store and drive to pick it up. To add insult to injury, the receipt indicated the tank, broken by a store employee, was returned because the "customer was dissatisfied." I guess no one takes responsibility for anything today.

    went in looking to get some information about types of fish that would be best suitable for my tank and patrick was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. he was very short with his sentences, keeping it to about 3 words every time i asked him a question. i got pretty frustrated with him and just decided i would look on my on since he was not helpful. at the checkout i saw on their staff board that he is actually the "manager". so petco should probably get on their staff and pick a better suited person to be a manager. preferably someone with good customer service :/.
