My pet’s grommer is Ricki and she is wonderful, her ability to style him is fenomenal. He is happy and so are we. The other staff is always courteous and helpful. Best place to bring a pet.

Sam the sales associate was outstanding. He helped me first on the phone and then when I asked for him at the store he took me to the department I needed and helped me select the products I required. He was warm and friendly and it was clear that he loved his job and really cared about my experience and the health and well being of the pet.

Amber called me today to reschedule my Yorkie’s grooming appointment for next week. Unfortunately, they lost a groomer. Amber was very sweet and professional. We had a great conversation and she rescheduled my Yorkie for the following week. Amber was extremely pleasant and personable. Thank you Petco for hiring people that care
