I can highly recommend Naples Optical. The staff are all very good, very professional and a delight to work with. This is my 4th optician in Naples. I haven’t had much luck with them! But this practice has been truly excellent. The eye test was very thorough. What John Wilkowski lacks in a ‘bedside manner’ he more than makes up for with efficiency and professionalism. The on-site lab’ does a great job, my glasses have all been perfect - first time. They also have a very nice and varied selection of frames. The assistant at the desk - Tammy, is so sweet and went out of her way on more than one occasion, to make my orders work for me: thanks guys! See you in a year.

Called up to inquire about on-site repairs. I was told, yes they do on-site repairs if not too damaged. Arrived 45 minutes later, handed over my eyeglasses and on 15 minutes, fully repaired!!!! I will be back for other services!!! Highly recommend!! Dawn and staff are great....Thank you.

Wonderful customer service. I walked in and showed them my titanium glass frame , asking if they can be adjusted. They gratefully did it, and cleaned them, knowing that I didn’t buy this frame from them.
