Costco Optical Department provides exceptional service with a friendly and professional staff. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, often going out of their way to solve problems and find solutions. The opticians are courteous, delightful, and efficient, even with heavy traffic. They take the time to listen and help, whether it's finding a replacement frame or adjusting new frames to fit existing lenses. The staff, including Teri, Rosie, Anselmo, and Joseph Acuna, demonstrate impressive work ethic and skills, making customers feel valued and appreciated. Overall, Costco Optical Department is highly recommended for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
No one even touched/fixed my eyeglasses, a very fragile frame. Lindberg frame. Only David at Costco Optical Center managed to fix it. I knew he was the best at that department; I was so lucky; he helped me out. Many, many thanks, David.
The Optical Department at the Naples Costco is amazing! I have been dealing with an Associate named David almost since the store opened David is very knowledgeable and professional. He. Is excellent in not only selecting frames but also in proper fitting. With the many pairs I have purchased (progressive lens) I have never once needed to return with a problem.
David is a true asset to the department.
