Just had them come in and service/clean our 3 mini splits for our shop. It was a night and day difference in temperature after he got done. Raul was very professional and thorough in explaining how to help our a/c system perform more efficiently. Absolutely will be using them again 10/10 and Monica was very attentive and quick on the quoting and scheduling process.

A very bad experience, especially with Oscar, who heads the service department. He's nowhere near qualified for the position. Lack of professionalism, lies. I don't recommend them.

They installed 2 units in my new house and in 4 years they have been out close to 15 times for issues. I have had a coil replaced in 1 unit and it took them 4 times to figure that out. Now the blower motor is out in the other unit. They were very unprofessional and 1 tech blamed the tech before him and the torch keeps getting passed. The head of service Oscar is always busy and goes to lunch before he deals with problems. It is a shame since I have given them over 50k in business and get treated like this. No More.
