There are people training from all walks of life, ages and body types. The gym has the most girls of any gym I've trained in and that's very exciting because you can get better quicker. They even have women's only class. Anyone can do Jiujitsu with a little heart and consistency so try it. This gym is a fun, friendly and safe environment for all.
