Fast, courteous, and efficient! John was awesome and had my laptop back to me in a flash. The memory was upgraded and scanned for malware, and it's performing better than ever! I do all my photo edits on my laptop, and it's extremely important that it runs in tip-top shape. Phoenix Computer Repair took care of me and had it back in hours. They now have a customer for life!

A big thank you to Phoenix and team member John. Not only is John really informative but he also gave me an amazing deal on a slightly used but terrific laptop. There's nothing more comforting when it comes to getting a new laptop than to know you have the support of a really qualified team. I highly recommend getting a laptop fixed or purchasing it from this great place. Thanks again John!
