I am very thankful that Moe from Smartware Computer Service was able to restore my work computer from BitLocker lock out. He was very patience in helping me figure out what email I used to setup my Microsoft account. If he was unable to restore it I would have lost a lot of important employee data. So thankful my laptop was restored!!!
We have used Smartware several times. The techs are knowledgeable, Friendly , and honest! They will not try to sell you on an unnecessary service. Very professional and high-tech website, too! The only local electronic repair I will use.
The Technician, Joe, went out of the way to resolve the computer hard drive problems. Their prices are fair, and their service and capabilities are excellent. I highly recommend them.
