“For as long as I can remember, my father wanted to be cremated. When he handed us a card with the funeral home’s information on it after he got sick, I tucked it in my wallet. From the moment I called to set up the appointment the day after he died, until we drove away from the cemetery, I feel like we were treated like family. “Going to Florida after Mom passed on February 12, 2024, was a surreal experience. My emotions were in turmoil, my thoughts awry. This was going to be a whole new experience, called making arrangements. Thankfully we had Bell's Funeral Home and the team led by Jessica Arroyo overseeing every last detail.
