Started off a little rough, but Dr Lowell has been great to deal with and heard my concerns both regarding my pain and experience getting to actually see him and get treatment. Pain is doing much better and we have a game plan to treat it. The office visits and treatment have been great, a little improvement in scheduling and phone assistance is needed.
Dr Roa is amazing he listens to you and understands your condition and try his best to try to find your best treatment plan at the beginning I was afraid since you hear always bad things on pain management drs and when my neurologist refer me I was scared but once the dr came into the door it made me feel comfortable and understood what I was going thru the whole team is amazing and efficient if you’re looking for a dr that hear you and understands and try to find your treatment plan don’t hesitate this is the right place. DR roa is amazing thanks to everyone in the office too
Doctor Lowell and assistant nurses at this clinic are absolutely wonderful. Their compassion, professionalism, and patience make a huge difference, and I truly appreciate the care they provide.
I do want to share one important concern: the front desk staff needs to be more welcoming and clearer when explaining referrals and procedures. Many patients here are older and already in pain, and a little extra patience and kindness can go a long way.
This clinic has excellent medical professionals, and with improved communication at the front desk, the overall experience would be greatly enhanced.
