Dear Dr. Erickson, you have been my specialist over 10 years, and not one time did I ever have any disrespect towards you. Due to the disrespect towards me from your staff, I will no longer be a patient of yours. My heart is very heavy, and I am fighting for my life. I have no room for negative in my life. With a heavy heart and tears rolling down my face I can no longer be your patient of yours. And I will never be disrespected by your staff, especially when they think they are aware of my medical history. Remember my doctor, there are always 2 sides to a story.
