Patient of Dr. Lowell Davis year 2010 of severe lower back pain, radiculopathy, pyriformis pain etc. Pain score was above 10. With numbness right lateral side. Total of i think 6 sessions of injections L3L4 and S1. After total of6 epidural sessions, never had pain for 8 yrs. Unfortunately, i moved out of Florida. I experienced severe pain again with spasm. Don't know what to relieve me from pain. I was crying in pain. Every single move spasm and pain felt.
I was seen by pain management where I live now. Steroid injection worked for one day. Back to pain. Tried accupunture recently. Not really effective for me.

My is Lazaro Acosta, I’ve seen Dr. Davis twice in the past month. I went to him after I had surgery to fix hernia on different levels of my back. After a couple of years of suffering with constant severe pain I finally got a glance at what being pain free is about. The first injection I received from Davis was enough to make me feel 60 to 70% better. That’s why I went back a second time wanting to be as close to 100% as possible.
I have no complaints from the minute I walk in for my appointments. They run a pretty good operation, I can’t ask for more from his team. Dr. Davis is a positive individual who tries his best to make you feel pain free.

I really recommend end this place, everyone is very friendly and kind and the doctors are nurses are very professional!
The treatment the give me was really helpful for my pain in my lower back.
