From April answering the phone to the gentleman who showed up they were super kind. Although the issue was not theirs to fix it was on the utility company they directed me to where I needed to call who I needed to call. I am a little disappointed that I was charged $165 for 3 minutes of this plumber's time to tell me it was the utility company's equipment. But they were kind and quick to answer the phone and get me on the schedule. Lesson learned on my part.
We had a kitchen sink that was draining slowly and backing up into the adjoining sink (when using the disposal).Our plumber arrived on time, snaked the sink with an industrial length snake, and added some grease dissolving solution. He was an excellent plumber and explained the process of clearing the drain. Also left the space under the kitchen sink very clean. Definite 5 stars!
