“Not many people can say they chose to stay at a Rehabilitation Center twice! BEST FACILITY in Fl!! The nursing staff is caring and compassionate as well as nurses that are A++. Housekeeping is thorough and attentive to all your needs. The chef and culinary staff are spectacular! They will prepare anything you may want. Now last but certainly not least Middleburg’s physical therapy staff is the best of the best.I am a new leg amputee and they are the reason I am home today. There will come a day when my prosthetic is fitted that I will need therapy and I will choose Middleburg Rehabilitation.“
