I have been coming for a few months now and really enjoy my experience. The salon is nicely decorated and always clean. The nail techs are very nice and knowledgeable. They always have availability for when I need an appointment. Samantha is great!
I don’t normally write reviews, but I thought this business deserved one. I had booked an appointment online to have my acrylic nails removed due to a poor experience I had received from another place that I previously went to. Since it was approaching 10:00 AM and I had been waiting since 9:15 AM ( I arrived early - my appointment was for 9:45 AM) the stylist that was there had contacted the owner and advised that I had been waiting there for quite some time for my appointment. Based on the information in my appointment booking, the owner called me herself and was extremely apologetic and said that she was sending a nail technician on the way. Neysa was absolutely amazing! I went in for a manicure and pedicure and she exceeded all my expectations. She was incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. My nails came out flawless and the whole experience felt so relaxing and professional.
You can tell she truly cares about her work and about making her clients happy. Neysa is not only talented but also so kind and welcoming. If you’re looking for someone who will give you beautiful nails and great service, I highly recommend Neysa. I will definitely be coming back!
