Charged $96 for a set that was uneven and not well executed. My request was elaborate however I should have been passed to another technician with the skill to fulfill my request, or told that what I am requesting cannot be done before services are rendered. Instead, I was asked to forgo several requests. The technician also made my cuticle bleed from the electric file on one finger in addition to cutting so deep into my cuticle that there are several cuts and piece of thumb missing from the side of my finger. This establishment need to work on their booking, lousy customer service; clients we’re given the wrong appointments. I called to schedule an appointment, when I showed up to my appointment they told me that they had texted me to let me know it was canceled and when I checked they had written the wrong number. An hour before closing they had 7 customers waiting.

There is no place in miami with decent techs and decent costumer service… well, for the price and costumer service: YOU’RE BETTER OFF ANYWHERE ELSE. Venetian nails anywhere so far has proven to be one of the worst in costumer service and cheap. So if you have time to wait for more than 30mins for your appt or they move it without telling you then this is your place
