Pedro is licensed and insured, this was top priority because of our home insurance. He gave me a good competitive price and pulled the permits. Once the permit was approved, Pedro came with his own crew and got the job done within a day, we could hear their ongoing hard work without stopping. They left the area clean and you can see high quality of work done in the pictures of my roof. Thank you, Pedro and your crew for your high level of work!

Pedro Godoy is an amazing person to work with. He explained all procedures, presented all the paperwork with clear information regarding inspections, etc. and offered very competitive pricing. His crew arrived promptly on the morning agreed upon and worked tirelessly to remove all old roofing material, install a new shingle roof, as well as replace flat roof, and cleaned up, all within 3 1/2 days!
