From the moment you walk in, the service is excellent—Admissions, Nurses, Anesthesiologists, Doctors and the Nutrition and Cleaning team, First-rate service—A+.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this hospital. It’s truly a “don’t judge a book by its cover” kind of place. If you’re considering giving birth here, I would highly recommend taking a tour first before making a decision—you might be as surprised as I was.
Every nurse and doctor I encountered was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Throughout the entire process, I truly felt like the staff cared about me and my baby. Even as shifts changed, every new team of nurses made me feel just as supported and looked after as the previous one. During such an important and vulnerable time, that level of care meant a lot.

I had a very positive experience at Jackson Memorial Hospital. All of the nurses were kind attentive and compassionate. Wendy especially left a lovely impression on me. She is funny loves to joke and has such a beautiful joy for life that really lifts the atmosphere. Her warmth and care meant a lot to me just like the support shown by the entire nursing team.
The nurses were always attentive and ready to help whenever needed. The doctors were also very professional gentle and took the time to listen and explain things clearly. That made me feel reassured and respected. The hospital room and overall care upstairs were excellent and well organized.
