Stay away. You cannot reach your doctor for any medical concerns. There is no direct line or messaging system. Expect hang ups, disconnected numbers, and extremely long wait times before reaching the office (if you even do reach them... the appointment scheduler actually told me straight up some departments at Jackson ignore their phones). If you miss the call back, you have to go through the whole thing all over again. I have a health issue and have not been able to speak with my doctor for several days. Two stars only because my actual doctor is wonderful, it's just a shame the system is not set up for her to provide an acceptable level of care for pregnant and postpartum...read full review
Very poor service. I waited for 3 months for my appointment - had to cancel my work and showed up - apparently they canceled my appointment and only available to see me in one more month. So terrible. Waste of time and money!!!!
I called the office on July 19th and the next available appt was almost a month away August 10th. Upon arrival for my 8:45, no one was at the front desk. The patients signed in and waited. I needed to use the restroom. Walked down the hall to find out that you needed a restroom code to enter. Waited for half hour then finally the office staff walked hastily into the front door. Then they called me up. The office staff confirmed my identity and then told me they called me yesterday to inform me that my appt was cancelled because the doctor was not coming in. I told her no one called me because I had not receive a call nor had a missed call. I then asked if i could see the other doctor in the office. She said no. I then proceeded to walk out. She said "you don't want to reschedule?" I said, "No, my appt was at 8:45, no one was here when I arrived, I took off time from work, rode the train to get here, walked from the train, then after waiting half an hour you tell me my appts cancelled. That is very unprofessional." She then says the office opens at 9. Obviously, she didn't get it nor will she ever get it. I'll take my chances somewhere else. No apologies or anything.
