We just completed our third project with R & S. Every experience we've had with them has been outstanding. Their attention to detail, professionalism, courteous approach, and quality of work are excellent. Anything we asked to be adjusted on the new doors, they did without complaint, even a year later. We did all our contracts and coordinating with Gabby. She was never late to the house, and answered every text and email promptly, no matter the day of the week (even weekends) or the hour (within reason, of course!). The best of the best! LOVE our windows. The service was excellent, and I now get along with my neighbours who I can no longer hear to wake me up at night. Sadly we had a major house fire on New Year's Eve, extensive damage, no living in the house for at least 9 months while repairs are done - but our windows and doors made it out unscathed. Thank you Aylin for all the help in gathering missing information we lost to continue with our reconstruction. R&S are the BEST!!!
I contracted with R&S companies to install new impact doors. I was extremely satisfied with their craftsmanship and professionalism .. I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking to install impact doors and windows.
