Dr. Tessa, Latoya and Lissette were amazing. They were very receptive to my needs. They spend the time strictly with you. With a few questions and a couple of exercises, Dr. Tessa was able to determine what my problem was and start me on my way to recovery. This is the place to go for sports injures or any other physical limitations you may have. Symmetry Physical Therapy is simply the best!

Symmetry Physical Therapy is the only one-on-one physical therapy clinic in Downtown Miami/Brickell. Our therapists work one-on-one with every patient for the entire hour. Our physical therapists use the most advanced research based techniques and technologies, including electric dry needling, manipulation, blood flow restriction training, manual therapies, and Winback Tecar Therapy for accelerated recovery and individualized care. Symmetry has published 30+ clinical research studies, establishing the standard for the physical therapy profession. Our therapists hold the highest credentials: Doctor of Physical Therapy, Fellowship trained, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Manually Certified, and Dry Needling Certified.
