Jose is a top-notch physical therapist
I have been dealing with an uncommon problem in the pec after a previous shoulder surgery for many years. Before starting sessions at Symmetry, I often felt that my main problem and goals were not fully understood at other PT facilities.
When I switched to Symmetry, the difference was like night and day. One thing I really appreciated was that they understood that my near-perfect arm range of motion was never the main issue for me. It is refreshing to feel that my symptoms are being understood, instead of feeling assumptions are being made based on my ability to lift my arm all the way up.

Sometimes we take for granted our best service providers and don't take the time to write a review. There is a reason that Symmetry PT gets consistent 5 star reviews! Because they are that good! I have had a couple of surgeries (total hip replacement, rotator cuff repair) so I have experience with PT practices. I did my research and selected Symmetry and glad I did! Amazing team of highly skilled PhD PTs. And such a supportive and fun environment. You get very targeted 1:1 relationship w/ your PT who is 100% dedicated to you during your sessions.
