I went to a SOL Flow class taught by Jessica and it was fantastic. The space is beautiful, I was kindly greeted and the staff helped me settle in (as it was my first time there.) Jessica taught a challenging class but was sure to give options to accommodate all levels, her sequencing was creative and fun, and she left plenty of time to cool down and rest at the end. I left feeling AMAZING.
I took my first hot yoga class today with Sarah and it was wonderful: beyond my expectations. My friend had already mentioned that her classes were special with a lot of movement, but I couldn’t imagine what he was referring to. I loved Sarah’s class from the beginning to the end the music, the sequence, the eucalyptus smell and the fresh surprise at the end of the class ? can’t wait to come back!
Great studio loved it only reason it doesnt get my 5 stars is because i was being rushed out of the shower. I had been in the bathroom 10 minutes, i was taking a shower that is a normal amount of time to shower. Constantly knocking on the door telling me to hurry up. Im not sure if it was the employees or other customers but it was not appreciated. There are 2 bathrooms there both with showers i dont understand why all that knocking was going on in only the bathroom i was in. Instead of leaving relaxed i left in a bad mood because i had to rush out of the shower. Please do better make bathrooms and showers separately.
