LA Fitness is a solid option for general fitness at a reasonable price, especially if you take advantage of the group classes and amenities. However, customer service, cleanliness, and equipment availability vary by location.
I'd like to thank the front desk and especially supervisor Roder. They all exemplify professionalism. Roder, in particular, is responsive to members' concerns and safety issues. Overall the facility is clean and the equipment is in nice shape.
