The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Roth was excellent! She explained to me the differences between different daily lenses and I got to learn about what the inside of my eyes look like. I have peace of mind knowing my eyes are healthy!

My visit to Lenscrafters at Macys was incredibly satisfying and stress free! I have been a customer for several years now and last years I had a bad experience with the manager of the Lenscrafter location downstairs. I am so happy I decided to try this locale! From the Vision Export Taimy to Dr. Ashley, the entire process took only an hour! Their expertise and professionalism was enlightening and quite refreshing from the other locale. I plan on coming back with my sister next checkup! Thank you Taimy and Dr. Ashley for all your help! The “customer needs” oriented experience you provided made me trust Lenscrafters again!!

Dr. Roth is one of those doctors whom I look forward to seeing every time. I might only see her once a year but I always know it's going to be a very thorough, intentional, relaxing, and professional experience that will leave me confident that she has done a thorough exam of the health of my eyes. In particular this year, I had a major life change that affected my eyesight and although she was running late today, she took all of the time needed to review everything necessary that we needed to discuss without making me feel rushed.
