I normally do not leave reviews, but after witnessing the interaction described in the recent 1-star review, I felt compelled to share my experience.
I was the customer standing directly behind that reviewer and observed the entire conversation. The front desk employee was polite, calm, and respectful throughout. She simply explained that the requested service could not be accommodated at that time and suggested returning the next day. The conversation lasted only a couple of minutes.
Unfortunately, the customer became very upset and began speaking loudly in front of other guests, including children. The staff member remained professional despite being treated unfairly.

I’ve been a loyal client since 3 years ago, Grettel is the best technician I love how she makes my nails, she is the only person who makes my nails last for more than 3 weeks. Love the place and all their services including brow waxing
I came here for the first time today and the experience was amazing. I love my nails!!! Michelle is the best, she understood exactly what I wanted and removed the previous work I had on my nails and finished the gel manicure all within 40 minutes. I would recommend you ask for her as she made the process seamless and easy. Thank you Michelle!! ❤
