Vior helped me when my father passed away in 2015. My parents had made no plans and I had to do everything. I was really impressed with their professionalism, communication and sensitivity during such a traumatic time. My mother passed away last month and I decided to use them again. This was an especially tough situation to deal with due to COVID but once again they went above and beyond to not only work with me but do all of it remotely. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know in Miami who needs funeral home services
