Went in w an intense pain on my neck and shoulder that was causing me a headache, Steve really listened and took his time to really address my pain. With just that one session the pain and range of motion improved. Going for a few more session but will highly recommend him. He uses several tools to target your specific needs. He knows his stuff!
New to Miami and was lucky to find Steven! He was very effective at reducing pain/discomfort associated with a recent event. While familiar with most of the techniques used, he introduced scraping which was a great addition! Would highly recommend Menard Therapy for a holistic approach!
He helped me with a hamstring strain and with his deep tissue massage, scraping, and cupping left me feeling like a new person. My range of motion in hips increased significantly as well in my hip flexors from just one session!
