Yoli was amazing. She hit the right spots and I felt great after. Would love to go back to her. However, I did have an issue where I callled and made an appointment and when I arrived there was no records of me having an appointment. Also I was told over the phone that my
90 minute massage would be 120 and it changed to 180. Eventually, it was adjusted and they allowed me the 90 minute massage at 120. But the mixup was frustrating. I have to agree with some of negative comments once your a member. I was a member years ago in Brickell and I ended it because of reasons commented below. Other than that, YOLi was great! Five stars for YOLi!

Yudit del Carmen was absolutely excellent and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. She anticipated my needs, assisted to my style, gave me super useful feedback Re: How my body felt and what I could do outside of the massage table to help with those ailments. I would recommend her 100% and overall the attention of the place and facilities and accommodations were exceptional. I’m surely planning to come back ASAP!
