As a medical student as well as a patient, I'll be very honest and tell you all to avoid this place at all costs. Today was my first visit and probably my last. The staff takes forever to check you in, and there were only 3 patients at the office for multiple providers. The receptionists talk publicly medical info from other patients, which I felt was absolutely a violation of HIPAA and patients' privacy. Lastly, the Nurse Practitioner (NP) who saw me didn't even care to take a proper history or listen to my problems. He was just doing the motions that we're taught, without really caring for it. The blonde lady in the front desk is rude can't stand her I come in for labs and tell them I'm going to be late cause she here laugh and giggling with the doc and his assistant. She didn't acknowledge me and they have two front desk and only one is taking care of the people that walked in not sure if she's in training but they have a sheet with the names. So not sure why they had me sit and wait they have no one in here beside the lady that was waiting on her paperwork. My doc upstairs is excellent and so are the ones that work in the lab. It's just that one lady last time she didn't let me go upstairs to do labs even though I was instructed to without an appointment. She gave them them the wrong information and had to come back the next week. She didn't even look at me this time around super unprofessional.

Great experience from the moment I walked in, Nelson and Isis are great assets to this medical practice. Dr. Ivania Farinas it’s amazing such a carrying, informative and knowledgeable physician, Highly recommended!
