Starting in the valet parking to park the vehicle and continuing with the care of the team at the entrance and their medical team.Yesterday I had some steroid injections in my lower back and it gave me a lot of relief.Thanks to all the team

How a morning therapy looks like! ??As the weeks have passed, certain pains have intensified, after receiving several blows in an accident. And this is what my recovery therapies look like:We start with a bicycle for the legs and lower back, stretching in the neuromuscular vibeplate, electro stimulation and heat (I have already taken several cold-only ones), traction, manual techniques for trigger points and finally an adjustment with the Chiropractor ??‍⚕️Excellent care from @iconmedicalcenters and their team of therapists who help me recover after an accident on my bicycle a couple of weeks ago.
