Helpet Veterinary Center is an exceptional veterinary clinic that provides top-notch care and compassion for pets. The staff, including the knowledgeable veterinarians like Dr. Rivas and the friendly assistant Jackselim, are praised for their quick response, helpfulness, and genuine care for the well-being of the animals. The facilities are clean and well planned to ensure pet comfort and privacy. Clients highly recommend this clinic for its world-class service and unwavering dedication to their beloved pets. The entire team is friendly, communicative, and professional, making every visit a delightful experience for both pets and their owners.
Dr. Martin Rivas is a competent and caring veterinary surgeon. I have moved all five of my cats, including an exotic cat, and my dog to his practice. He successfully performed emergency surgery on our Savannah cat for a bowel obstruction.
My husband is a surgeon himself and trusted Dr.Rivas from the first time he met him, which gave us even more confidence in his care. He is great with both cats and dogs and has cats and dogs of his own.
Dr. Rivas is easy to reach, his office is nice and accessible, and his professional staff speaks both English and Spanish. I highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience at Helpet! The ladies were kind and extremely fair. They walked me through the prices, what to expect, and what my pet needed without trying to upsell me. I actually chose to spend extra for a professional cleaning because I wanted it—not because anyone pressured me. I truly appreciate their honesty and how well they treated me. Thank you, Helpet!”
