disappointed :/
they’ve somehow dyed a light pair of pants with what looks like blue ink and they iron overtop of buttons - really disappointing they are so close to where I live woulda been nice
some other items have come back fine, mostly nice T-shirts that don’t need ironing
I did have some tailoring done which came back good - so thats a win.

I received my Gucci shoes I sent for dry cleaning that had YELLOW sauce stains like New, literally, they can take anything out !✨it’s Definitely somewhere you can trust w/ your designer pieces especially how they clean them. They do all the cleaning exactly how The designer brand instructs them to be cleaned. Which is exactly what I was looking for. You’ll never receive anything with careless damages.
