I've lived in Downtown Miami since my Sophomore year at UM. All these years, I could never find a decent cleaner in the neighborhood. Everyone either overcharged or didn't properly clean and get stains out of my clothes even when I specifically asked for extra attention to be paid.
Then, there's Susie. Who knew I had the best cleaner in the world steps from my door? I dropped off my clothes and pointed at some problem spots which needed extra attention. Susie without a doubt in her mind told me she would be able to get them out, and would even deliver my clothes back to my building at no additional charge.
