I was impressed with their customer service delivered to me and my son. These ladies are incredible! Very warm and friendly and helped me get my contacts in less than thirty minutes with Uber package drop off (which was such a boon because I have a flight to catch later today). Will definitely be ordering from them again!
I recently accidentally stepped on my glasses during a trip to Miami. The frames were HORRIBLY bent and I didn't have an extra pair, so it was an emergency situation. I was able drop off my frames at Express Optical that day and pick them up within a couple of hours. They turned out amazing! Possibly better than they were before. I can't thank the staff at Express Optical enough for their excellent service and for saving my Miami trip. Absolutely would recommend!
