I was a patient there a couple of years ago and was very happy with the doctor Amado Saad De la Torre and his willingness to give me referrals and tests needed. Unfortunately I moved to another county and had to stop. I now want to go again but they don't answer the phone

Good luck getting your phone call answer. I was calling to make an appointment and called several times and no one dare to pick up the phone, then they schedule an appointment for me without even consulting with me if the day they chose would work for me … doctors are great just the front desk personnel is bad

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my son since last week. I've called multiple times and have received no response or put on hold until the call times-out and system hangs up on me.
