It occurred to me to ask for a print out with my appointment schedule and they told me no because they couldn't Guarantee the appointment dates due to the Instability with the specialists???????I am very worried because I need to know the dates in advance. It will be possible for me to get my hands on the schedule.

I received a text that remind me an appointment on 1/3, and I replied to Y to confirm it .But when I check in , the receptionist told me the appointment is on 1/5. I never rescheduled it,and nobody texted or emailed me the appointment have been rescheduled.
