From the very beginning, they helped me coordinate my father’s funeral 100% remotely from Canada, always responding promptly to my many questions by phone and email. They also guided me through the cremation arrangements to ensure everything was seamlessly in place for my return flight home, which lifted such a heavy burden off my shoulders.
