My grandmother passed away October 4 and I called million of times to the 8st location for issues that I had with a death certificate and there is a sweet lady that answers the phone always in the morning I think her name is Olga or Olivia! She is very heartwarming and understandable and very patient. The whole staff is incredible.. Alejandra was my director she was also incredible! This funeral home makes you feel like family and treats you like one..This funeral home is top notch! Highly recommend!

We want to extend our sincere thanks to all the staff at Mas Pons on 8th Street. Beginning with the sales staff, Ms. Lydia Fernandez,Mr. Eric Mas Pons, who assisted us at out hour of needs with efficient decisions. Ms. Zamora exceeded our expectations in presenting our lovely Justa in the best possible way. Tony, Gloria and all the other staff were very understanding and accomodating. They have better service and prices than most other service providers. I also want to thank Father Martin for his words of consolations during the viewing and graveside.Thanks for making a difficult time a better experience.

I couldn’t have gone with a better funeral home to lay my beloved grandmother to rest. Alejandra Z. and Mr. Eric Maspons helped me solve a terrible situation in such an exceedingly professional manner, while also advocating tirelessly for my grandmother when another funeral home made a huge error with her after her passing. Mr. Maspons fought for her, and me, and made sure that she was taken care of as she deserved to be. Alejandra was kind, attentive, and assisted me in the best way during this time with my family.
