Love this salon and Natalia. I have spent many years and much money on products and salons - only to have bad/no results. At Brow Rehab Natalia told me to trust her and I did - and now I have amazing eyebrows that I haven’t had since I was 16! She gives great advice, she is patient, she is honest, and she really cares about her clients. She loves seeing me happy!!! If you have any brow issues - you should go to Brow Rehab - I promise that you won’t be disappointed!!!

I am honestly in shock with how high the reviews are for this business. I came in for the brow wax having had let my eyebrows grow out for half a year. They were full and upon coming inside I stated I just wanted to clean them up a little bit. When trying to explain that I wanted to keep them thick but with a little more angled shape Natalia said " let me just do what it is I do and then you can tell me after if you want something more". And then she proceeded with the wax and plucking of my eyebrows. The process did take close to 30 minutes due to Natalia doing some massages and almost like a facial cleaning reminiscent of a facial. This was meant to be relaxing however for someone with acne, having someone who is not an aesthetician and is not being careful about properly cleansing the face it was honestly a little stressful. After all of this before I saw my brows Natalia asked " are you ready to spend some money?" and proceeded to tell me what I needed was a brow serum to help grow in my eyebrows. When I did see my eyebrows they were now uneven, completely overplucked, thin and with less shape than before. It honestly brought me to tears. I let her know I had wished I could go back to how they were before I even came to her. For a place that boasts giving people natural and full eyebrows this place made me look the complete opposite of that. Natalia did return my money which I am grateful for. However any women knows that having to feel insecure about their eyebrows and work on growing them back is no easy task.

I just had my second appointment yesterday and WOW! The results from my first session to now (6 weeks later) are incredible! I have never seen my eyebrows look this full. In the past, I have tried going an entire year growing out my eyebrows, not touching them even with a tweezer, just to have them waxed/threaded into a shape that doesn’t suit my face and leaves my brows sparse and thin. Just 2 appointments at Brow Rehab and I’ve already made so much more progress! I credit Natalia’s amazing eye for shape and true artistry when it comes to symmetry and fullness, and also the awesome brow serum I purchased in her studio. Highly, highly recommend!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Brow Rehab! South Florida NEEDS Natalia! She is an artist! No, really! She has fixed my over waxed Miami.

Ok...So.. I am not one to write reviews. I'm actually not someone to do much of a beauty regime. However I did fall victim of the 90's fad and overplucked my eyebrows and they never grew back. As I have gotten older I have wondered what I would look like if I never touched them. Lots of googling lead me to Natalia. I went in with nothing to lose, not completely convinced but very hopeful . First off, when I met this woman she looked at my eyebrows and was genuinely excited that she could bring them back to life. I felt comfortable immediately even if it didn't work. She made me aware that it takes time but it was only two months and it's a dramatic difference. I have never been happier. I feel like she gave me the face I was meant to have. She told me I would look different and at first it was a little shocking because I wasn't used to it. But I will say this woman has changed my life. Her knowledge on the natural structure of your eyebrow AND skin care in general has honestly made my face feel like it's natural self for the first time in 30 years. She has a gift:)
