About Esencia Wellness Spa

The staff is professional, friendly and very accommodating. Guests can also enjoy dining at the on-site sushi restaurant, which serves delicious food and drinks. Overall, Esencia Wellness Spa provides a dreamy, clean and serene space for relaxation.
Gail and Juan were so helpful and made my day! Gail has some beautiful pieces at her store and would definitely come back just to check out the store. They made my spa day even more enjoyable!
We had a weird day at the Eden rock hotel, everything that could go wrong did. After a non enjoyable massage, Gail was ready to change my day. She was great, compt me on my next massage, was attentive and did everything she did to make it right. Give her a raise
I had such a wonderful experience at Esencia Spa! There was a mix-up with my booking, but Gail truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and still able to receive my massage.
There ended up being a last-minute cancellation, and they were able to fit me in. They also added a complimentary scalp massage and gave me a $25 coupon toward my next visit, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Gail was incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive throughout the whole experience. She genuinely made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer, and the way she handled everything completely turned the situation around.
