Wife and I had a couples massage, which was superb. The massage room was quiet and nicely furnished. The attendant in the men’s locker room was professional and helpful. The locker room had a dry sauna and whirlpool but the wet sauna was out of service. My wife said the women’s locker room was a little overcrowded during her time in it. The men’s room was not. The relaxation room was well lit by large windows overlooking the resort.
This weekend we attended a dermatology conference. Wonderful facilities for conferences.We stayed 2 days on site and there are some pros and cons.Beautiful grounds from the entryway to the pools and restaurants. There is an adults only pool however be aware that drinks seems to be even more expensive than normal at this pool. Our particular mojito and Margarita tasted terrible. We paid $97 for 2 drinks and a corona in a can. So be aware of that.Room was nice. We did not have hot water for 2 days so that tends to be a thing there from what we understand. Really wonderful service from the manager Maylin. On the day of our spa appointment, there was a staffing issue that affected my treatment. Maylin was very professional and managed the situation graciously and kindly. I really appreciated the kind attention. The spa facilities are also beautiful.
