One of the best spas in Miami!!! I definitely recommend the Chakra balancing massage and lapis hammam bath!! fyi you must purchase a 50 minute massage in order to access the Spa. Great experience!!!!
If you are looking for luxury and options in a spa, this is the place for you! The treatment menu is comprehensive and the amenities are many! Please keep in mind that the spa and hotel have only been open less than a month so there maybe some operational kinks here and there, but this place is worth it!
The cost is on the higher side. The massage was okay, but I paid for a scalp massage that I never received, and that left me quite disappointed. Despite this, I'd consider returning to the hotel for its incredible pool and facilities, although the spa didn't live up to my expectations.
