1. Waited for them to begin after the promised start date.2. The workers dropped hot tar on my newly sealed pavers and “repaired” it by gouging out the tar from the paver leaving holes and rough spots.3. Left numerous nails, screws, and metal pieces in my lawn.4. Promised to call when my sun tube came in. I had to call them numerous times leaving messages. Never heard back and the excuse was new employee who never got the message from the previous person. Please note: they hired and fired 3 at home office workers in a 3 month period5. Do not hire this company!! 1. Waited for them to begin after the promised start date. 2. The workers dropped hot tar on my newly sealed pavers and "repaired" it by gouging out the tar from the paver leaving holes and rough spots. 3. Left numerous nails, screws, and metal pieces in my lawn. 4. Promised to call when my sun tube came in. I had to call them numerous times leaving messages. Never heard back and the excuse was new employee who never got the message from the previous person. Please note: they hired and fired 3 at home office workers in a 3 month period 5. After sun tube was installed which was rescheduled at least three times not coming out for the appointments. 6. Sun tube stopped allowing light through as of June 2,2022. We have been calling for 7.5 weeks to get them to come out and honor their work. It is now July 30th!!

Ben Kee employees were all courteous, professional, quiet (No loud radio), and worked liked there was no tomorrow. At the end of each day -- and there weren't many of them -- they left my home site clean. All scraps from the roof removal and roof installation were picked up, even the smallest bit of tar paper and shingle, and a magnet gathered any loose nails from the grass. My neighbors commented on how quickly the work was completed, and how much they liked the finished product, especially the color of the shingle (which I was able to pick out from a wide selection of quality brands!).Oh, yes, Ben Kee was also the low bidder among five.
