“My first time going to an urgent care facility and I was very pleasantly impressed. The front desk was friendly and efficient and they took me back to the exam room as soon as I finished my paperwork. The physician was very attentive and after an exam explained his diagnosis and called in several prescriptions. Fast, efficient and professional.“

“Went in Dec 9th or 10th as had fallen and hurt shoulder. Within an hour, I had x-rays, determined broken collar bone, recvd pain shot and given a splint along with referral to Ortho. Upon leaving, front desk wished me well as sympathized with the pain associated.
I had to return next day to pick up a prescription. When we pulled into drive, front desk gal came running out to car to hand me the script to save me having to maneuver getting in and out of car.
Just a wonderful experience all the way around.“

I stand by that because of the quality of service from the individual who checked me in Stacey Ann who was in training at the time. If I hadn’t seen her trainer behind her I would not have known she was in training. The provider was also fast and efficient. I feel like he heard my concerns and addressed each one carefully and appropriately. I’ve been here before and I would also like to say that Haley the manager runs a tight ship, her team is awesome and top tier. Definitely recommend.“

I was impressed to learn the website lists not just urgent and primary care but also massage, chiropractic, sports med, and for a four-doctor practice they still have paper charts and good ole-fashioned pen and paper lunch schedules for the doctors to meet other providers. I only spoke to Shelly for a few minutes but I could totally tell she loves her practice, and is proud of her contribution to her team.“
